- Fragrance Free (No Allergins Added)
- Microwave 1-3 minutes (maximum) for moist heat being careful not to overheat (test your microwave)
- After one hour you may reheat for 1-1/2 minutes.
- For Aromatherapy, add a drop of essential oil such as lavender, etc. before heating.
- Freeze in double plastic for a soothing cold pack.
- Eye pillows feature a removable cover of cotton or flannel (to wash and dry) they are a great comfort for migraines and stress.

Flaxseed
is a flower seed. Rice burns easily and grains are mostly
water and will dry out eventually.
Flaxseed
contains 30 to 40% oil and the oil is not lost during the
heating. Flaxseed absorbs moisture from the air and then releases
a MOIST heat.
Another
advantage to using flaxseed, instead of other grains, is
that it will not develop a cooked food smell after use.
